When a government aims to measure and improve well-being and happiness within its territory, the elemental step is that its leaders improve their happy mindset first. A proof, that the governance has hade their homework on happiness is the Happy & Aware Governance Institute certificate.
Similary to Happy Organisations, after a Tailor-made Happiness Improvement Program, we perform regular assessments to follow the positive change process.
Based on the assessment’s result, a Governance Institutes may receive certification for a two-year period. This may be renewed based on a successfull assessment results.

The criteria and key roles of a happy and aware government are bit more complex as in case of a Happy Organisation, considering the fact that the exposure of these public entities is much higher than of business organisations. Master Black Belt consultants ensure the credibility of the certificate; we make sure that the Institute fulfils the happiness KPIs.

Happiness Consulting has the idealistic point of view, that happiness shall be spread as wide as possible. Therefore, in case a governance institute would like to take a step towards a happy and aware leadership, Happiness Consulting happy inspires them to do so by providing a Happy Mindset 1 training on voulantary / CSR basis in their institution.
Proceeding further, the participants may continue their way through the Green Belt train-the-trainer training. They may receive a certification of a GNHA Professional, and may perform internal Happy Mindset 1&2 Trainings within their institute.
Their institute may use a GNH Professional Inside logo in their communication.

GROSS NATIONAL HAPPINESS & AWARENESS MASTER
GNHA Professionals may proceed with the next the level of training, the Black Belt Training. They receive a GNHA Master cerification, and their institute may use a GNHA Master Inside logo in their communication.
GNHA GRANDMASTER
GROSS NATIONAL HAPPINESS & AWARENESS GRANDMASTER
GNHA Masters may proceed with the next the level of training, the Master Black Belt Training. They receive a GNHA Grandmaster cerification, and their institute may use a GNHA Grandaster Inside logo in their communication. There is no higher certification within the Happiness Consulting Belt System.

A proof, that the governance institute has successfully made their internal improvement on happiness and awareness is the Happy Governance Institute certificate.
Similary to Happy Organisations, after a Tailor-made Happiness Improvement Program, we perform regular assessments to follow the positive change process.
Based on the happy mindset and awareness intelligence assessment’s results and by fulfilling the additional criteria – e.g. having at least one certified Happiness Governance Professional within their institute -, a Governance Institute may receive certification for a one-year period.
