Happiness Master Inside). In case the leader joins another company, the new company may use the Happy & Aware Leadership Inside certification.
Management
HAPPINESS RESPONSIBLE
To enhance the speed of happiness improvement, we offer our Client to train their organisation’s trainer. These Happiness Responsibles have the ability to sustain Happiness at the organisation and continuously perform programs according to the organisation’s needs. It is the most convenient solution for an organisation to sustain the results of the Happiness Improvement Program – performing workshops by their own Happiness Responsibles (trainers).
The criteria of their Certification are the same as the criteria of the Green Belt train-the-trainer certification.
Happiness Master
HAPPINESS MASTER
Apart from the knowledge of the Happiness Agents, Happiness Master Agents are able to use the Happiness Assessment system for surveys and are able to create a Tailor-made Happy Mindset Training according to their organisation’s changing needs.
The criteria of their Certification are the same as the criteria of the Black Belt Consultant train-the-trainer certification.
Happy Organisation
HAPPY ORGANISATION
The goal of an organisation is to get the certification of a Happy Organisation, that is connected to reaching sufficient levels in happiness KPIs we measure.
For a Middle or Large Enterprise we recommend to proceed with our Tailor-made Happiness Improvement Program to achieve the Happy Organisation certification, and also to get its own trainers trained to Happiness Masters - that equals to Black Belt trainer certification..

Our Partners participate on-site trainings and deepen their knowledge by e-learning while walking through the certifications of the HC Belt System. This structure provides gradually improved levels of happy mindset knowledge and also business benefits for those who undertake the higher levels of trainings.
Clients may be in contact both with Happiness Consulting and with our Partners. In case they wish to apply Happy Mindset 1 & 2 standardised trainings we recommend our Clients to conduct them with the help of the Partners we trained.

HAPPINESS CERTIFIED
HR PROFESSIONAL
Human Resources Directors or HR experts may wish to upgrade their know-how with deeper knowledge about happiness and HR KPIs as job contentment, employee engagement, and organizational well-being as a source of sustainability and employee loyalty. They are able to train Happy Mindset 1 & 2 Trainings. This equals to a Green Belt certification.
For HR Students this knowledge base and certification serves as an advantage on the job market, for HR directors it serves as a knowledge that can increase their own-, - and by implementing it - the organization’s overall performance.
HC Trainer
HAPPINESS CERTIFIED TRAINER
Happiness Certified Trainers can perform a Happy Mindset 1 & 2 Trainings. This equals to a Green Belt certification. They are working as individual trainers rather than a multi-employee agency.
Happiness Certification for them may result in deepening their connection with their current Clients, and it may bring new Clients to them.

HAPPINESS CERTIFIED AGENCY
For the most successful Business Consulting / Training Agencies we offer the opportunity to become a Happiness Certified Agency. By the Happy Mindset 1 & 2 trainings agencies may help to change the Clients’ organisation into a vibrant enterprise with happy and highly loyal performers. With our program agencies can deliver what many Leaders and HR Experts are looking for: a way to change an organisation’s culture into one that is more human, proactive, confident, customer-oriented, engaged, creative, sustainably effective and more happy. Trainers of the agencies are to be get trained to Green Belt by the Happiness Consulting.
With this, agencies can perform ready-made trainings for Clients such as Happy Mindset 1., Happy Mindset 2., Champions Training, and the Individual Happiness Certified Trainer train-the-trainer program. This equals to a Green Belt trainer certification. Agencies may obtain yearly renewable and non-exclusive franchise rights, while placing both their logo and the Happiness Certified Agency logo next to each other on all Happy Mindset Training related stationaries and material. In case the agency is more successful than the local Happiness Consulting affiliate, measured by our internal KPIs, the agency can work together directly with Happiness Consulting International, and can directly compete with the local Happiness Consulting affiliate.
For agencies who do not have Happiness Certified trainers, we provide a case-by-case contract to offer our services to their Clients. We perform the services for which we allocate them an agreed, business-standard level commission. We guarantee, that after the training they will keep being the one who will be in contact of their Client.
HC Affiliate
HAPPINESS CONSULTING AFFILIATE
We are open towards successful Business Consulting and Training Agencies with the proper network of individual trainers and the wish to invest into establishing a Happiness Consutling affiliate company in their country / region.
They may consider the outer criteria eg. available office with unique Happiness Consulting branding on all material, investment in publicly open marketing & PR campaign at the launch - amongst other commitments -; and they may also consider the inner criteria e.g. the necessary proceeding steps of the self-development levels of the Belt System trainings: getting relevant amount of trainers (depending on the country) trained to Black Belt level and Master Black Belt level, before starting the Happiness Consulting operation.
The team will get full support and access of Happiness Consulting International's knowledge, tools, trainings, contacts. Their Black Belts will be able to perform customized assessments with our online assessment tool, and proceed tailor-made consultancy and trainings based on that. Their Black Belts will be training the the local Agencies, Institutes and individuals.
Happiness Consulting affiliates will operate with regional priority within their country/region, while accepting that Happiness Consulting provides internationally valid ’Client protection’ for all of our local companies and agencies.
